I am a growth and business transformation leader having 20+ years of solid international experience across global corporations, high-growth companies and startups. I serve organizations as a CxO, advisor or board member, in both full-time and interim roles.
Throughout my career I have been running business development programs and projects in large multinational corporations in various key roles either as a customer, partner or vendor. I have hands-on experience from co-founding, ramping up and developing business in several countries in Europe and beyond. My career highlights include being part of the core team building the foundations of a company and taking it from 25 to almost 250 employees, IPO to Nasdaq First North and M&A roadmaps.
I am known as a resilient and always positively curious people person who is not afraid of tough spots. I get things done.
Having lived 10+ years abroad in France, The Netherlands, Belgium and Türkiye have provided me with deep appreciation of diversity and genuine understanding of what it takes to work in a truly multicultural environment. I am able to work in 4 languages.
